I will start that google doc in 24 hours.

For the time being, we are looking for a way to suppress the update
notification from 14.04 to 16.04 in the guest session.  Jesse was also
thinking of creating a log that he would have the machines email to him
just to monitor the status of the machines.  I guess that is enough to get
started on.  Thanks!
