[Tech] repurposing HP t7510

These are pretty old thin clients, 800mhz and 256M of RAM, but
according to the Edubuntu LTSP documentation this more than satisfies
the recommended specs for a thin client:

 * 400Mhz with 128MB ram and PXE boot capabilities.
