[Tech] Partimus Private Cloud?

Can we engineer our servers with juju? The up front effort might be higher
but we could replicate the tech services we provide this way.
We need kvm enabled hardware for testing like the $299 Lenovo laptop I
picked up recently after a tip from a friend.
