It's funny I was reading the cover Juju cover article in Ubuntu Mag just
this as you sent this.

I echo what Liz says (sorry I haven't gotten back sooner). We employ
number of services: web content, web apps, email, internal collaboration
software. And as far as PC production, the usual sysadmin tools (bare
metal deployment, LAN network services like file sharing and LDAP, nat and
proxy services).

For the former, cloud offers the advantage of scalability, global access,
abstracion of hardware.... but at this point in the game, I doubt we're
really moving the needle much at all.

On the other hand, the LAN stuff, the performance bottleneck of the
"last-mile" broadband would make something like deployment practically
impossible.


Juju looks cool, and I can't wait to play with it, but I don't see a fit
for us at the moment.
