Working together more as collaborative pit crews and less like<br>
traditional cowboys is how Dr. Gawande phrases the solution for<br>
medicine. A surprising tool coming from the aeronautics industry,<br>
construction industry and present day cowboys is something I think we<br>
would benefit from in our work: checklists. What do you think?<br>
