Given time, the effort<br>exerted will be repaid exponentially while the connections and friendships<br>established will be immeasuarble.<br><br>To my oldest friend David, I say thank you for coming out and being a part of<br>this session. Over the last 15 years we've been through a lot together and<br>perhaps this will be another step in that long history of adventures we've<br>had. My hope is that we share in this new endeavor as we have shared in<br>others over the last decade and a half.<br><br>To my friends in EBLUG, you guys freakin' ROCK! I couldn't have accomplished<br>most of this without your help and cooperation. Joining EBLUG has probably been<br>the best thing I have ever done. Being part of a LUG allows us to collaborate as<br>people who have a shared interest without corporate interventions or<br>limitations. Our combined knowledge and resources allow us to make real,<br>positive, changes that affect communities and organizations through meritocracy<br>and collaborative involvement. It's a real honor to be welcomed into a LUG like<br>ours and I look forward to more years of great projects and opportunities that<br>come our way.<br><br>Finally, to Hurricane Electric, my deepest thanks and appreciation for all your<br>support. Without having a place to hold our meetings, and your generous resource<br>provisioning, EBLUG wouldn't be able to provide the kind of support to others as<br>we did last night.
