Hi Lacee,

Thanks very much for letting us know of your issues.  I work near Pier 33,
and I am going to be leaving work soon.  I could stop by and look at the
machines.  Do you have headphones in your classroom?  Have you tested the
headphones to make sure that the sound is turned all the way up?

How late will you be there?  Can you text your cell phone number to me at
